This 4 week series (plus ONE on going class) will introduce you to the basic asanas (postures) and breathing techniques. We will also explore the benefits of props and modifications to find more potential and freedom in the poses. This foundational course will help you gain confidence in your body, increase your flexibility and reduce stress.

Through the use of body sensing, breath awareness, guided imagery and other practices, you will be systematically guided to relax , restore and heal your body and mind on a deep level.
